Chiki Chiki Machine Osake Race (Wacky Osake Races) Announcement

Yes! Chiki Chiki Race is back again.
This time, we’ll race on each server’s favorite sake.
Rule is simple.
The server who pick the most chosen sake would win.
Drink and help your favorite server!
Also, use this race to experience new sake :-)
The race will start tomorrow, Nov 13th!

Here's our sake line up for the race:

ETSUKO
Bizen Maboroshi
Meet The Angel
Junmai Ginjo [Okayama]

“I don’t really drink sake, but I recommend this sake because it doesn't have that ‘sake smell’ or that peculiar after taste. It tastes like fine dry white wine with a fruity note. Sake first timers can definitely enjoy this one.”

NIKI
Tsuki No Katsura,
Hushimi Asahimai Hiya Oroshi
Autumn Fresh Sake
Junmai [Kyoto]

“Autumn 2007 limited fresh sake from Kyoto. This sake makes a good combination with Hibino’s dishes. Well-balanced. It is smooth, dry and has an elegant aromatic after taste. Enjoy your meal with autumn fresh sake.”

KEIZO
Kikusui No Karakuchi
Mucho Dry Like Papi Chulo!
Honjozo [Niigata]

“Sharp, delicate and fragrant dryness to match any soy sauce based foods!”

KUU
Kagiya Namazake
Hooray for Kagiya Family!
Junmai [Ehime]

“This non-pasteurized style sake provides you complex fruits, nuts, and herbaceous notes. Full body and mouth feel. It’s delicious with all types of food.”

RIE
Izumo Gassan
Moon over the mountain...
Junmai Ginjo [Shimane]

“Semi-Dry mellow flavor and pleasant finish. Once you sip, you’ll find out why other customers are coming back for more.”

Mr. S
Shirakawago Sasanigori
(Lightly Cloudy Sake)
Milky way of Sake Universe
Junmai Ginjo [Gifu]

“This light nigori (unfiltered) has a wonderful mild milky texture that isn't tiring. Taste the expansive rice richness with this medium dry nigori. I like it.”

Enjoy!
