• Gomokuni - Simmered Mixed Vegetables -Daizu Soy Beans, Shiitake, Carrots, Konnyaku (Jellylike Yam Cake), Hijiki Seaweed and Age (Bean Curd)
• Ohitashi Salad- Blanched Shungiku Chrysanthemum Leaves, Mizuna Greens and Bok Choy in Soy Dashi topped with Bonito Flakes
• Oboro Kombu (Shaved Kelp Sheet) Wrapped Fluke Sashimi and Steamed Asparagus [Pictured]
